About goss fitness
Built by two people who worked in gyms and saw a better way.
Husband and wife Greg Goss and Kerri Burke opened the doors in October 2016, after decades in other people's gyms, and they run this one the way they wished those had been run.
Greg — veteran bodybuilder
Greg started bodybuilding more than thirty years ago and won the Ronnie Coleman Classic as a middleweight. He trained clients at Physique's Gym and spent years at Fit for Life before deciding to build a better gym.
Kerri — who actually runs things
Kerri went from the front desk of a big-box gym to teaching classes there. She's a NASM-certified personal trainer. Between the two of them, there isn't much in a gym they haven't done, or anyone they can't help.

Some members have been here since the doors opened, and a few of the originals helped fund the buildout because they believed in what Greg was building.
You won't get a sales pitch here.
You'll get straight answers about pricing, and owners who are on the floor six days a week. If you haven't trained in years, or your knees aren't what they used to be, you're exactly who this gym was built for.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Where is Goss Fitness?
6445 Southwest Blvd, in Mont-Del Plaza on the southwest side of Fort Worth, near Benbrook and just off Highway 183.
What kind of gym is it?
Goss Fitness is a boutique strength, cardio, training, and health gym for cool people of all ages. Independent personal trainers are available, and we offer laser therapy for inflammation and recovery. Towels, showers, lockers, and coffee are included with membership.
How much is a gym membership?
$40 a month plus tax ($43.30 total), month-to-month with no contract. Prefer nothing being drafted from your account? Pay three months up front: $129.90. Six months is $259.80 with one month free, and a year is $519.60 with two months free. Personal training is separate and priced by each trainer.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Goss has been a no-contract gym since the day it opened. Membership is month-to-month, and if you need to stop, you stop. Greg’s view is simple: if you’re here, it should be because you want to be.
Is this a good gym for seniors or people with joint problems?
Yes, on purpose. Several of our trainers specialize in senior fitness and post-rehab work; the Woodway treadmills are easy on knees and backs, and nobody here trains like a drill sergeant. Plenty of members are working around a joint, an injury, or a long break from the gym.
Do I need a personal trainer to join?
No. Most members train on their own, and the whole floor is yours from day one. If you want help, the trainers here run their own practices and set their own rates. Meet a few on a tour and see who fits. Either way, Greg and Kerri will point you in the right direction.
